RIP Alberto Serejo

Just the other day, I learned that a good friend of mine was a victim in a hit and run that took place as he was doing a photo shoot in LA. It's been a very sad few days, because Alberto was honestly one of the most genuine, sincere and supportive people I've met. He seeked me out while he was on a photoshoot in NYC. If it wasn't for HeadHoods, I wouldn't have met Alberto and his working partner Daniel Weinreich. I introduced him to what I was doing and he instantly became one of my biggest fans and even offered to help put together a HeadHoods Denmark outpost with his sons and himself as employees! I was truly moved by his generosity and encouragement to keep doing what I'm doing. Alberto will be missed but not forgotten by HeadHoods and myself.

Something new...

I've been getting a little crazy with overlaying and stamping and am looking to overhaul HeadHoods for the 2009-2010 HeadHood season!

I hate motorcycles

I don't know why I thought moving a clothing line to the back of a motorcycle garage would be a good idea.

Just moved in!

I must say it was a bit sad leaving my spot in the back of the motorcycle shop this past week. I put a lot of work into that spot and made a whole lot of HeadHoods and friends there too. Thinking long term, I needed another spot which was more accessible and had a more appropriate vibe and found it! I believe it's one of the last Artist live work spots in Williamsburg and I was lucky enough to grab it. I'm looking forward to taking HeadHoods to the next level here at 427 Manhattan Ave! Give me a few weeks and this place will be up to par!
